Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with sales staff and customers to strengthen relationships and identify areas for improvement in the sales process.
- Develop a referral base by establishing rapport with customers.
- Provide ongoing training and support to sales personnel, assisting in closing deals effectively.
- Oversee all aspects of the sales department's operations.
- Source vehicles for inventory from auctions and off-lease returns.
- Conduct trade appraisals efficiently.
- Manage desk deals, track gross logs, and oversee RDR cars.
