- Supervise and manage the operations departments effectively.
- Establish and nurture productive relationships with vendors.
- Inspire and motivate Managers and Associates to achieve excellence in product and service delivery.
- Foster professional development for Managers and Associates within the company.
- Oversee the maintenance and procurement of essential dealership equipment.
- Analyze plans and proposals to improve quality, reduce costs, and ensure alignment with company policies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to devise impactful marketing strategies.
- Travel as necessary to attend store visits, seminars, and training sessions, and prepare comprehensive reports on these events.
