- Deliver exceptional technical support to customers through phone, ticketing systems, and messaging platforms.
- Troubleshoot and provide solutions for complex Linux and AWS server management challenges.
- Employ critical thinking to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Maintain open and effective communication with both internal teams and customers.
- Develop short-term solutions while strategizing for long-term preventative measures.
- Monitor server alerts to swiftly address performance concerns.
- Contribute to the creation of internal documentation and customer knowledge bases.
- Assist with the onboarding, training, and mentoring of new team members.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies relevant to the role.
