Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an Engaging Curriculum: Utilize our specially designed curriculum and materials tailored for advanced learners to conduct small math classes.
  • Foster Student Engagement: Actively involve students through interactive and student-led learning experiences.
  • Classroom Management: Skillfully manage a classroom of up to 16 students.
  • Assess and Provide Feedback: Evaluate student performance and offer constructive feedback on assessments.
  • Build Meaningful Relationships: Connect with students and their families to positively influence their educational journeys.
  • Encourage a Passion for Learning: Inspire students to develop a love for mathematics and critical thinking skills.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

Note:

  • A formal teaching credential is not required for this position.

Schedule:

  • This is an afterschool program with classes held in the evenings and weekends. Candidates must be available to teach during after-school hours (starting as early as 4 PM) and/or on weekends.
  • A minimum initial commitment of approximately 3 hours per week for each assigned class is required.
  • Each course is conducted once a week for a duration of 1 hour and 45 minutes.

Campus Location:

This is an in-person role at our Frisco campus. Candidates should be located in or around Frisco, Texas, and must be able to commute to our location.
