As a Spoke, you will work closely with a designated business unit, converting financial insights into actionable commercial strategies while collaborating with Corporate FP&A (the Hub) to ensure consistency, forecasting accuracy, and a single source of truth.Key Responsibilities1. Embedded Strategic Partnership (Core of the Role)Act as the primary finance partner to assigned business units.Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership—challenging assumptions constructively and influencing decisions before implementation.Translate strategic priorities into comprehensive financial plans, trade-offs, and execution metrics.Enhance financial literacy across the organization, empowering leaders to manage their P&L with confidence.2. Planning, Forecasting & Performance ManagementOwn the unit-level forecast, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with group targets.Collaborate with the Hub to provide rolling forecasts, scenario analyses, and sensitivity assessments.Interpret variances with insightful analysis—not just figures—linking performance to operational drivers.Identify risks and opportunities early, facilitating proactive adjustments.3.
