As we embark on our expansion journey, we are looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner (FP&A) to play a crucial role within Salla’s Hub-and-Spoke FP&A model. As a Spoke, you will work closely with a designated business unit, converting financial insights into actionable commercial strategies while collaborating with Corporate FP&A (the Hub) to ensure consistency, forecasting accuracy, and a single source of truth.Key Responsibilities1. Embedded Strategic Partnership (Core of the Role)Act as the primary finance partner to assigned business units.Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership—challenging assumptions constructively and influencing decisions before implementation.Translate strategic priorities into comprehensive financial plans, trade-offs, and execution metrics.Enhance financial literacy across the organization, empowering leaders to manage their P&L with confidence.2. Planning, Forecasting & Performance ManagementOwn the unit-level forecast, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with group targets.Collaborate with the Hub to provide rolling forecasts, scenario analyses, and sensitivity assessments.Interpret variances with insightful analysis—not just figures—linking performance to operational drivers.Identify risks and opportunities early, facilitating proactive adjustments.3. Value Creation & Capital DisciplineAssess initiatives, investments, and trade-offs through ROI frameworks and defined return thresholds.Ensure resource allocation is intentional, backed by clear success metrics and accountability.Lead post-investment performance reviews, creating a feedback loop between strategy, execution, and outcomes.Ideal Candidate ProfileCuriosity-driven leader, consistently exploring why and how to deeply understand business drivers.Constructively challenges ideas, building trust through insights and evidence rather than authority.Communicates complex concepts clearly, facilitating effective decision-making.Thrives in ambiguity and is energized by change in dynamic environments.Exhibits a strong growth mindset, consistently enhancing financial models, insights, and decision frameworks.Requirements6–8 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, strategy, or related fields.Proven experience collaborating with senior stakeholders in high-growth, fast-paced organizations.Hands-on experience managing or actively participating in financial planning and analysis.
