Full-time|Remote|Remote — United States DSI Systems Inc., a proud Authorized AT&T Distributor Partner, is actively searching for a dynamic Platform Manager – Zoho to spearhead the administration, optimization, and strategic development of our Zoho ecosystem. This pivotal role is tasked with ensuring system reliability, enhancing operational efficiency, and designing scalable processes across Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Support.Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Systems Operations, the Platform Manager will act as the subject matter expert for Zoho CRM and its associated applications. You will oversee configuration, integrations, data governance, and long-term strategic planning for the platform. Our comprehensive, one-stop solutions cater to a variety of markets, including mobility, broadband, video, commercial, residential, Lodging & Institutions, and Multi-Dwelling Units, empowering our sales partners to discover new opportunities and maximize their potential.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary owner and administrator of Zoho CRM and its related applications.Oversee user roles, permissions, profiles, and overall system security governance.Configure and optimize modules, workflows, automations, blueprints, validation rules, and custom functions.Translate business requirements into scalable CRM configurations and process improvements.Maintain and enhance integrations between Zoho and enterprise platforms (telephony, CPQ, BI, support systems, etc.).Ensure data accuracy and integrity through audits, governance practices, and cleanup initiatives.Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting, and performance analytics for leadership visibility.Lead system updates, feature rollouts, testing, and enhancement initiatives.Provide Tier 2/3 support for escalations and coordinate with Zoho Support or vendor partners.Drive user adoption through effective training, documentation, and best-practice development.Develop and maintain a platform roadmap aligned with organizational growth and scalability objectives.Qualifications3+ years of hands-on experience administering Zoho CRM or the Zoho One suite in an enterprise environment.Strong understanding of CRM lifecycle management, sales automation, and revenue workflows.Proficient in building complex workflows, automations, and integrations.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Proficient in project management and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
