Join RRD as a Sales Development Executive, where you will champion the promotion and sales of our innovative products and services across the MidAtlantic region. Your key responsibilities will include generating revenue through effective lead creation, initiating prospect calls, and nurturing relationships with both existing and potential clients. You will be accountable for driving sales growth, improving the client-to-sales ratio, and expanding our customer base while maintaining a strong record of sales success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively pursue sales leads and engage with existing and new customers that hold strategic importance for the organization.
- Evaluate customer needs and recommend tailored products and services.
- Address complex customer inquiries, negotiate pricing and delivery timelines within your authority, and finalize sales orders to achieve revenue targets.
- Research and reach out to prospective customers, building positive relationships to foster future sales and repeat business.
- Communicate leads, customer feedback, and competitive insights to relevant teams within the organization to adapt to market changes and customer needs.
- Design long-term sales strategies for key accounts, continuously monitoring and adjusting activities to meet objectives.
- Establish and prioritize sales plans on an annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly basis to ensure targets are met.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to junior sales representatives to help them reach their sales goals.
- Advise clients on additional solutions and services offered by RRD, emphasizing the benefits of our offerings while utilizing internal resources effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver targeted results promptly.
- Offer outstanding internal and external customer service throughout the sales journey.
- Accurately forecast and maintain records in Salesforce.com.
- Participate in other related duties and engage in special projects as assigned.
