Join RR Donnelley as a Sales Development Executive, where you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our extensive range of products and services, including Commercial Print, Packaging, Labels, and Direct Mail. Your primary objective will be to achieve ambitious sales targets by developing leads, initiating prospecting calls, and building lasting relationships with both existing and potential customers. You will be responsible for enhancing the sales-to-client ratio and expanding our customer base, while maintaining a strong record of sales success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out and engage with sales leads, visiting both existing and new customers of strategic importance.
- Analyze customer needs and propose suitable products and services.
- Address complex customer inquiries, negotiate pricing and delivery timelines within your authority, and finalize sales orders to achieve revenue goals.
- Identify and research prospective customers, fostering positive relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Relay sales leads, customer feedback, and competitor insights to relevant internal teams to adapt to market dynamics.
- Create and implement long-term sales strategies for key accounts, adjusting activities to meet sales objectives.
- Set and prioritize annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans to ensure targets are met.
- Mentor junior sales representatives to help them reach their sales goals.
- Propose additional solutions and services to clients, emphasizing product advantages using available internal resources.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver targeted initiatives in a timely manner.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Accurately forecast sales and maintain records in Salesforce.com.
- Participate in special projects and perform additional related duties as required.
