THE ROLE
As a Solutions Architect, you will play a crucial role in assisting our enterprise clients as they build advanced agent systems on our platform. You will engage in architecture reviews, advocate for best practices, and develop proof of concepts to demonstrate optimal solutions. This position requires a hands-on approach, as you will be writing code in customer environments, working with their data, and adhering to their unique constraints.
WHAT YOU'LL DO?
- Manage the technical relationship with our key accounts, including pre-sales discovery, architecture design, integration planning, and post-launch optimization.
- Develop end-to-end proofs of concept utilizing TypeScript, Python, our SDK, and client technology stacks, ensuring the demonstration is practical rather than theoretical.
- Troubleshoot complex customer issues in real-time, utilizing developer tools, analyzing logs, reproducing scenarios in notebooks, and filing actionable GitHub issues for the engineering team.
- Create reference architectures and reusable code patterns for the team, facilitating smoother handoffs to future customers.
- Collaborate with the engineering team on the enterprise roadmap, preparing design documents for recurring client requests.
- Utilize Composio's product to enhance your own workflows, showcasing the capabilities of our offerings.
