Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or GED equivalent.6 months of experience in a customer service role.6 months of computer experience in a work or non-work setting. Valid eligibility to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications:6 months of experience troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues.6 months of experience in a sales-oriented position. Strong customer service focus with a keen aptitude for helping others.1-2 years of experience in customer service roles (not exclusively in call centers). Enthusiastic and adaptable to change. Prior experience in telecommunications is a plus. Proficient in navigating multiple computer screens and applications.
