As a Client Success Manager (CSM) at Absorb, you will assume a pivotal role in nurturing client relationships while enhancing product utilization. You will also function as a Learning & Development practitioner, adept at creating, scaling, and assessing learning programs that yield significant business results. We seek an individual with extensive experience in Customer Success combined with practical knowledge in developing Learning & Development programs, preferably in a B2B SaaS context. In this capacity, you will assist clients in maximizing their investment in our LMS, translating L&D strategies into actionable product engagements, and clearly showcasing measurable ROI associated with Absorb LMS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forge trusted, strategic relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients to foster long-term retention and loyalty.

  • Oversee the client journey from post onboarding through adoption, expansion, advocacy, and renewal.

  • Utilize your L&D expertise to assist clients in designing, implementing, and refining learning programs via Absorb LMS.

  • Provide consultancy on and evaluate program efficacy, linking learning outcomes and engagement back to business objectives and product ROI.

  • Conduct training and enablement sessions to ensure clients fully leverage Absorb LMS.

  • Proactively assess client health, identifying potential risks, driving escalations, and formulating action plans.

  • Recognize and refer upsell and expansion opportunities to the Account Management team.
