In the role of Account Manager, you will act as a catalyst for business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include establishing strategic partnerships to optimize revenue growth, enhance partner profitability, and improve the overall user experience. You will independently manage your portfolio while working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve outstanding results.

- Foster and maintain robust, trust-based relationships with Glovo’s partners, emphasizing long-term collaboration and business expansion.
- Identify partner needs, challenges, and opportunities proactively, providing customized solutions to boost performance.
- Utilize partner data analytics to create and implement tailored strategies for revenue growth and operational improvement.
- Lead negotiations for contractual terms, including commissions, promotional initiatives, and exclusivity agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, tech) to resolve challenges, spearhead initiatives, and streamline processes.
- Oversee and manage KPIs such as GMV growth, operational efficacy, and user satisfaction, employing reporting tools to track progress and make informed decisions.
- Design and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP) to align on mutual goals and achieve measurable results.
- Engage with churned or inactive partners, devising strategies to re-engage and retain them.
