THE JOURNEY
- Forge robust relationships with Glovo’s partners through proactive communication, identifying their needs and enhancing engagement through regular meetings and business reviews.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on your portfolio and KPIs periodically, taking decisive actions to achieve your objectives and align with company OKRs.
- Design and implement strategies that drive partner growth through promotional negotiations, marketing initiatives, and optimizing menu performance (including metrics like selling items, AOV, Conversion Rate, cross-selling, and upselling).
- Ensure Glovo showcases premium content by securing preferred partnerships with partners.
- Boost Glovo’s visibility through collaborative marketing efforts with partners, utilizing marketing kits and merchandising tools.
- Enhance Glovo’s revenue by renegotiating commissions and selling assets.
- Analyze and develop action plans for churned and inactive partners to re-engage them.
- Enhance the operational efficiency of our partners to ensure exceptional service delivery to customers.
- Collaborate actively with colleagues and engage in a learning culture that promotes growth, development, and impactful contributions.
