You will create abstractions that resolve customer challenges and enhance our speed and quality of delivery across all engagements.Your role will involve close collaboration with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architects, and Customer Success Managers working on the same accounts. You will also liaise with our Research and Applied Product and Engineering teams to relay valuable customer insights.This position is based in Tokyo, and we embrace a hybrid work model with three in-office days a week. We also provide relocation assistance for new hires.To excel in this role, you must be fully bilingual in Japanese and English (both spoken and written).
