At HeavenHR, we are on a mission to transform HR management through our cutting-edge all-in-one HR payroll SaaS solution. We are seeking a visionary Entrepreneur in Residence who will collaborate closely with our founding team to build a new SaaS business focused on HR software with integrated payroll solutions. In this pivotal role, you will be involved from day one, driving sales and marketing initiatives, establishing foundational processes, and setting the stage for future growth.

Our innovative software is already utilized by over 1,300 companies in the DACH region, revolutionizing everything from vacation management to time tracking. Backed by seasoned business angels (including founders from Auto1 and McMakler) and international investors (such as Target Global and Piton Capital), we are poised for significant impact in the industry.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of new business areas within our SaaS startup (HR/Payroll software).
  • Innovate and validate product ideas and business models.
  • Engage in active customer acquisition and execute sales activities independently.
  • Design and implement marketing and lead generation strategies.
  • Establish efficient processes and structures to facilitate rapid growth.
  • Build, coach, and develop a dynamic team.
  • Continuously track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and customer growth.
  • Collaborate closely with the founding team and other departments.
