As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Hustler Marketing, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales success by generating and qualifying outbound sales opportunities. Your primary focus will be on initiating personalized outreach to prospective clients, allowing you to build a robust sales pipeline from the ground up.
In this role, your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive research on potential clients, crafting tailored outreach messages, and booking discovery meetings with qualified leads. Unlike a traditional Business Development Representative (BDR) position, your efforts will be centered on proactive outbound activity rather than relying on Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
Reporting directly to the Sales Department Lead, you will work in close collaboration with the Sales and Service Departments to facilitate a seamless transition from prospecting to closing deals.
